Only her brothers were able to continue the studies. Due to the lack of support from her family, she give up her studies and fled from her home. Arrived in Bujumbura, she worked as a baby-sitter but it didn’t work, one of her employers could not even pay her a salary. Losing hope of life, she found herself in the streets.
